Terms and Conditions: Prices are an annual price for lights and materials rental. Customers agree to a two year leasing of materials, installation and removal when initially signing up. Discounts vary from year to year and may not apply in the second year. A non-refundable deposit of 50% must be received to lock in prices and secure an installation spot. The remaining 50% must be paid in full at time of installation. Mechanical and installation issues are repaired at our cost. Warranty does not cover issues caused by animals, vandalism, extreme acts of weather and acts of God. Additional charges may apply for these issues. Modifications, including addition or subtraction of elements, in the second year requires a new contract.

How do I get started?

Give us a call or email us and one of our representatives will connect with you to discuss your dream design. We can cover your options, the process, timeline and cost. It helps if you can email us a photo of the front of your house.

What is the process?

 On the phone our representative will ask you a series of questions to understand what you would like. During the call, we will describe the offerings and agree on a design plan. We will also discuss a timeline for installation. On installation day, our crew will install to the design. We are available to do service calls if something isn’t working. After January 15th, we will take down your lights weather permitting.

What is difference between you and others?

Our focus is on quality installation. We only do a couple of jobs a day to, so our crew can take their time to do a quality installation.

Do we need to be home when you install?

You do not need to be home when we do the installation. In fact, because installation is done during the day it can be difficult to see the full effect.

Will you decorate a business?

Of course! We are happy to work with businesses to prepare their place for the holidays.

Can you leave my lights up all year?

The lights we use are rated for seasonal install only. Should you want your lights to remain up year around, please let us know when speaking with us. We would be happy to quote out a more durable option for year round lighting.

 

I have my own lights, can you install them?

We do not hang customers lights. All our lights are custom cut to install per the design.

What happens if I want to change something?

We are happy to make changes at your request. Depending on the nature of the change there may be an additional charge. Many customers alter the design from year to year.

Am I purchasing or renting the lights?

Our model is to rent lights to you. This saves you from having to pay the full cost for the lights. It also saves you if an elements isn’t working. In that case we will replace the lights without charge. In cases where the lights were damaged out of neglect there may be a charge.

What if I no longer wish to have you hang our lights?

We require 2 year initial contract. If you elect to not have lights the second year there is a charge. After that initial 2 years, you can quit having bioLights install the lights at any time. Because our model is rental, you will not receive the lights upon termination.
